Roller Assembly Product Line
Feed Pellet Press Roller Assemblies
Feed Pellet Press Roller Assemblies from Anhui Jindingsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. are machined for feed pellet presses producing livestock, poultry, aquaculture and pet food pellets. Each assembly pairs a forged roller shell with a ground shaft, bearing set and hub, sized to hold a controlled clearance against the ring die across a full production run. Shell surface pattern, bore diameter and shaft length are machined to the customer drawing so the assembly seats directly into the press housing without on site adjustment. Forging, carburizing, quenching and grinding take place within one facility in Guangde City, Anhui Province, with dimensional and hardness data recorded for each production batch. Assemblies are supplied for formulas ranging from standard grain based feed to higher fat and higher fiber blends, and are exported to markets including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, France, Bangladesh, Russia, India, the Philippines and countries across Europe.
Core Advantages
Built for Formula Changeovers
Controlled Die Roller Clearance
Shell outer diameter and shaft alignment are machined to hold the clearance against the ring die specified for the target pellet diameter.
Shell Pattern Matched to Formula
Smooth, corrugated or grooved shell surface options are available to suit standard grain feed, high fat blends or high fiber roughage feed.
Quick Change Assembly Design
Bore, keyway and retaining hardware are dimensioned for removal and reinstallation without modifying the press housing between production runs.
Controlled Hardened Case Depth
Carburizing and quenching depth is held within a set range so the working surface resists wear from abrasive feed ingredients across the run.
Batch Level Dimensional Records
Forging batch, heat treatment parameters and final inspection data are recorded and can be referenced against later wear observations.

Application Scenarios
Where These Assemblies Run
Livestock Feed Pellet Lines
Assemblies matched to ring die hole diameter for cattle, swine and general livestock feed formulas.
Poultry Feed Production
Shell patterns selected for the finer pellet diameters common to poultry feed formulas.
Aquaculture Feed Production
Assemblies suited to the higher fat and finer texture formulas used in aquaculture feed.
Pet Food Pellet Lines
Assemblies produced to the bore, shaft and shell dimensions used on pet food pellet press equipment.

Maintenance and Inspection Guidance
Service Checklist
- STEP 01Check radial and axial play at the bearing seat at scheduled intervals and record the measured clearance
- STEP 02Inspect the roller shell working surface for uneven wear patterns that indicate misalignment with the ring die
- STEP 03Confirm lubrication points are serviced according to the bearing manufacturer recommendation before extended runs
- STEP 04Store spare roller assemblies in the supplied anti rust packaging in a dry area until installation
- STEP 05Replace retaining rings and seals when clearance or leakage exceeds the tolerance stated in the assembly drawing
- STEP 06Record installation date and running hours to support wear trend comparison across the press fleet
Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
What information is needed to machine a compatible roller assembly
A drawing or sample showing bore diameter, keyway position, shell width, outer diameter and shaft length allows the assembly to be machined for direct fitting into an existing feed pellet press.
Can shell patterns be changed when switching feed formulas
Shell surface pattern can be specified as smooth, corrugated or grooved at order stage, and different assemblies can be kept on hand for formula changeovers.
What causes uneven wear on a roller shell surface
Uneven wear typically results from misalignment between the roller and ring die, incorrect bearing clearance or a shell material not matched to the abrasiveness of the feed formula being processed.
Is sample based production available before placing a full order
Sample based production is available so dimensions and fit can be confirmed on the customer press before a larger order quantity is placed.
How are assemblies packaged for export shipment
Assemblies are coated with anti rust protection, packed in wooden cases suited to sea or air freight, and marked according to the destination country requirements confirmed at order stage.
