Located in Qiucun Town Development Zone, Guangde City, Xuancheng, Anhui Province, the company covers an area of over 33 mu. Our workshop is equipped with a 2-ton hydraulic air hammer, as well as hydraulic presses of 1600-ton, 800-ton, 500-ton, 400-ton and 315-ton capacities. We also have one 1500-type hole-expanding machine and two 630-type hole-expanding machines. We are capable of manufacturing a full range of large and small forgings, including open-die forgings, shafts, gears, flanges, sleeves and various special-shaped forgings.
For heat treatment, we have fully automatic box-type multi-purpose furnaces: three units of 5-ton capacity and three units of 2-ton capacity, with a daily output of approximately 30 tons. We are home to more than 100 precision machining devices, including over 40 high-speed gear hobbing machines, 15 grinding machines, dozens of CNC lathes, multiple turn-milling composite machines, several machining centers, more than ten high-speed intelligent sawing machines, CNC saws and surface grinders. Our annual output value stands at around 130 million RMB.
