Forging, carburizing, quenching and grinding are carried out within one facility in Guangde City, Anhui Province, with hardened case depth increased relative to standard duty roller assemblies to support longer intervals between shell replacement. Shaft and bearing seat dimensions are ground to a controlled tolerance band so radial play stays within the range needed for stable operation at full mill load.
