Heavy Duty Roller Assemblies
Heavy Duty Roller Assemblies from Anhui Jindingsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. are built for pellet mills running large shaft diameters, extended duty cycles and higher radial load than a standard assembly is rated for. Each unit combines a thick section forged roller shell, an oversized shaft, a double row bearing arrangement and a reinforced hub, sized to carry continuous production loads found in large scale wood, biomass and industrial waste pelletizing lines. Forging, carburizing, quenching and grinding are carried out within one facility in Guangde City, Anhui Province, with hardened case depth increased relative to standard duty roller assemblies to support longer intervals between shell replacement. Shaft and bearing seat dimensions are ground to a controlled tolerance band so radial play stays within the range needed for stable operation at full mill load. Assemblies are produced to a customer drawing or sample and are exported to markets including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, France, Bangladesh, Russia, India, the Philippines and countries across Europe.
